About Herlo
Hi, my name is Clint Savage, people online call me Herlo.
I regularly get asked where the name “Herlo” came from. My simple reply is “nowhere, I made it up”. However, for some crazy reason people just cannot believe that I made up this simple yet easy to use alias.
I’ve been asked, is it the opposite of “His hi”? As if it were funny or something. Recently, one of my buddies tried to tell me that my new name is “Woodsy” because I sometimes wear an Orem Owlz hat .
Anyway, my name online is Herlo, lets say it together HER-LO. Very easy.
I am very into computers and especially the web with all the cool technologies it affords us. Here is a short list of my interests; Apache, PHP, Linux, Web Development, ePolitics, Movies, TV, Baseball, and many more.
I teach Linux classes for a living and quite enjoy it. It gives me the opportunity to travel and see the world a bit, but sometimes I miss home. You can find many of my project and musings at http://www.herlo.org. So feel free to have a look around.
I have a 7 year old son named Shaun who I absolutely love and do not get to spend enough time. I am also looking for a woman to share my life with, and build a new family around my son and I, but I am not in any hurry. If you are out there, you might have to find me first.

Hey man,you know that you’re using a real people name,yeah that’s my name and i’m from Bucharest,Romania.So you probably don’t know that your nickname has a very long history to wich i will not reffer now.Enyway i don’t mind that you use my name.However it’s a little bit strange,i’d say.
